Pro Bono Protocol

The protocol was first drafted jointly by LawWorks and the Bar Pro Bono Unit and approved by the former Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith.  Since then it has undergone revision and subsequent approval by the current Attorney General and her pro bono committee.

One of the major aims of the Protocol is to set a standard by which pro bono work is carried out at the same level as if a client was paying.
