Summary of Service

Clinic Appointments at BPP University: After making initial contact with the Clinic you will be contacted by a student volunteer who will take the full details of your matter. These details will then be reviewed by a solicitor who will confirm whether it is a matter we can assist with. If we are able to assist you we will contact you to arrange an appointment, which will normally be on a Tuesday evening. If we cannot assist in your matter we will signpost you to other services who may be able to help. During the appointment you will speak with two student volunteers who will take the full details of your matter. They will complete a letter of advice under supervision which will be provided to you within two weeks of your appointment. Depending on student availability we may also be able to offer additional services.
