Summary of Service
The clinic offers free one-off legal advice appointments to those who experience financial hardship and cannot afford a solicitor. Our Assessment & Support Team will review suitable enquiries and book appointments subject to capacity. You will be asked to provide accurate and complete information regarding your dispute so we can carry out conflict of interest checks ahead of any appointment.
Our appointments are carried out over the phone or video call if needed, and you will receive a written summary of the advice provided following your appointment.
