Summary of Service
Hertfordshire Law Clinic provides an initial advice only service. When you contact the clinic you will speak to a student case worker over the telephone to take brief details of your case and our supervising solicitors will assess whether we can help. If the clinic is able to help you, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment.
At your appointment you will either (a) receive verbal advice from a qualified legal professional and the two students shadowing the meeting will then provide you with an attendance note of the meeting within 7 days; or (b) provide detailed instructions to two student advisers who will then provide you with a letter of advice (approved by a qualified legal professional) within 14 days.
