Summary of Service
We provide professional, independent, free legal advice to members of the public in the Tees Valley on a range of areas of law.
We also run the Teesside University Law Clinic Court Support Service, this service assists those without representation at First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointments on Tuesdays at Middlesbrough Family Court. This service is based out of the court centre, where we offer procedural advice on the hearings, explain the court process and the next stages as well as providing emotional support. The service operates on a ‘drop-in’ basis predominately however, appointments can be made in advance via the Teesside University Law Clinic.
