Summary of Service
The Family law advice service provides free, confidential advice from specialist family law solicitors and support with form filling and statement writing. We can offer appointments in person or online. Advice is in relation to child law only, we do not provide advice on financial matters.
The Family Court Help Desk runs in Liverpool Family Court on Thursdays providing drop-in legal advice for litigants in person at first hearings in child arrangement cases.
