The University of Law offers a telephone Legal Advice Clinic for individuals dealing with Will, trust & estate disputes. We offer a free 30-minute appointment to speak to a Solicitor in relation to their query. These queries may involve: • Contesting/defending a Will • Contentious probate • Inheritance Act claims • Trusts disputes – such as removing a trustee • Pre-death agreements • Lifetime gifts • Financial abuse • Financial deputyship and statutory wills • Lack of capacity This service provides initial advice only and as such the clinic is not able to undertake casework or represent clients in court. Please note: No written advice is given to the clients during this clinic. This service is available to clients throughout England.
