Summary of Service
The BPP Enterprise Clinic (London and Manchester) provides an initial advice only service on all areas of business law, including contractual interpretation, disputes with suppliers or customers and protection of intellectual property rights. After you have contacted the Enterprise Clinic to submit your enquiry, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment. At your appointment, you will meet (either remotely, or in person) two student advisers and their supervising solicitor. Following this meeting, your appointed advisers will research the particulars of your case, supervised by qualified legal professionals, and provide you with a letter of advice, usually within 14 days of the appointment. The Clinic can provide some further assistance subject to resources and expertise.
