Summary of Service
The BIPC Birmingham provides free business and IP information and guidance to SMEs in the West Midlands. Searching IP rights databases e.g. trade marks, patents etc. are at the heart of the BIPC offer.
The IP legal clinics are an extension of the wider IP support and are accessible after initial assessment through and/or work with the BIPC.
The clinics are provided pro bono by local IP Attorneys/Solicitors.
Appointments last for 30 minutes per business/individual and are intended to provide a verbal opinion on one or, at most, two specific legal IP questions. Please contact the BIPC to discuss.
