Summary of Service
The Immigration and Asylum service deals with immigration legal enquiries. Primarily, the Clinic handles claims for those who may be able to make an application as a stateless person. We occasionally help people with fresh claims.
Students assist with casework tasks, closely supervised by qualified solicitors and barristers, who are responsible for the cases.
We prioritise people living in Merseyside and those on a low income.
