The BULAC has been providing initial legal advice to members of the public (and staff and students) in the Bangor region on most areas of civil law since November 2024. With support from final year law students, the clinic has already provided to advice to a huge number of clients in the area, and was recognised for its' efforts at the 2025 Legal News Wales Awards.
Veteran's Legal Link are a successful, established clinic owned and operated by Aberystwyth University, providing veterans and their families with advice on a wide range of legal issues. VLL are looking for volunteers with expertise in a range of legal areas. This opportunity can be accessed completely remotely.
The South Wales Pro-Bono Employment Law Clinic, founded in 2015, is run by the Speakeasy Law Centre in Cardiff. The Speakeasy has been running for more than 30 years with the motto of 'Sharing the burden, fighting injustice, bringing hope'. It is currently Wales’ only Law Centre.
The clinic offers free, one-off advice on areas of employment law such as discrimination, dismissal, disciplinaries and the employment tribunal process to anyone living in South Wales via in-person and online appointments.
