This report covers the calendar year 2023, a year which saw an increasing number of clients and increasing complexity of need. Clinics continue to show great adaptability and resilience, and to put the clients’ needs at the centre of their planning.
In 2023, 70% of clinics reported an increase in demand for their services, compared to 64% in 2022. Clinics received 70,432 enquiries in 2023 compared to 68,883 in 2022. Following the pandemic we continue to see an increasing number of hybrid clinics, up to 54% from 49% in 2022, increasing accessibility and creating flexibility for both clients and volunteers.
