Disability discrimination: an overview

• What is distinct about disability discrimination, compared with the other characteristics protected by the Equality Act 2010?
• How is disability defined, and what constitutes normal day to day activities?
• What constitutes a ‘reasonable adjustment’ and how is the employer’s duty to make it triggered?
• What constitutes a claim for discrimination because of “something arising in consequence of a disability”?
