Gambling: awareness, advice and tools

Delivered by Caitlin Tempest of Rhondda Cynon Taff Citizens Advice Gambling Support Services Project. This online training is designed to support frontline workers, and anyone advising the public, to identify the signs of gambling-related harm and help people to get the support they need.

The session will:

• Introduce screening and questioning tools to incorporate into existing advice-giving services and provide details of organisations to refer clients to
• Aims to raise awareness of gambling harm across all communities
• Signpost free, confidential support to help those affected by gambling to reach local treatment providers as part of the National Gambling Treatment Service.
