The Legal Advocacy Support Project provides an invaluable free legal advice and representation service to clients making Employment Support Allowance and Personal Independence Payment appeals.
We were joined by Nathan FitzPatrick, from Bristol Law Centre. Nathan discussed what the team at the Bristol Law Centre has learnt from setting up and running the project, and helpful guidance as to how to manage volunteers. As National Development Officer for the project Nathan provides tailored support to other organisations interested in working with universities to create similar projects.
