Renting homes (Wales): An overview of the new regime

This recorded session provides an overview of the new Renting Homes (Wales) regime.

The Renting Homes Act is the biggest change to housing law in Wales for decades, from 1 December 2022 the Act changed the way all landlords in Wales rent their properties.
